Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into thin sticks
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Bake the Fries

    • Arrange coated zucchini sticks in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    • Lightly spray with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
    • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.

Serve & Enjoy

    • Let them cool for 5 minutes, then serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli.
