These no-bake chocolate oat bars are rich, chewy, and packed with chocolatey goodness. Made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate, they’re a quick and easy dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

Instructions

Prepare the Pan:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Make the Chocolate Mixture:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.

Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla:

  1. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.

Mix in the Oats:

  1. Add the quick oats and stir until well combined.

Press into the Pan:

  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down firmly with a spatula or your hands.

Chill:

  1. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.

Cut and Serve:
