These no-bake chocolate oat bars are rich, chewy, and packed with chocolatey goodness. Made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate, they’re a quick and easy dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

For the Bars:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (115g)
  • 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (300g)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (125g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats (240g)
Instructions
    Prepare the Pan:
  1. Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Make the Chocolate Mixture:
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  4. Add Peanut Butter and Vanilla:
  5. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Mix in the Oats:
  7. Add the quick oats and stir until well combined.
  8. Press into the Pan:
