Preheat the Oven:

Prepare the Filling:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.

Add the onion, garlic, zucchini, and corn. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.

Stuff the Peppers:
