For the Popcorn:
  • 8 cups popped popcorn (air-popped or store-bought) (about 64g)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (120g)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (60ml)
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (30g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
    Prepare the Popcorn:
  1. Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
  2. Make the Chocolate Peanut Butter Glaze:

  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Coat the Popcorn:
  6. Pour the chocolate peanut butter glaze over the popcorn and gently toss until evenly coated.
  7. Cool and Serve:
  8. Spread the coated popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool for 15 minutes, or until the glaze has set.
  9. Break into clusters and enjoy!
