Description

These garlic butter steak bites are juicy, flavorful, and ready in just 20 minutes. Made with tender sirloin steak, garlic, and butter, they’re a simple yet impressive dish that’s perfect for meat lovers. Serve them with mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

For the Steak Bites:
  • 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes 450g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
    Season the Steak:
  1. In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  2. Cook the Steak:
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
  5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the chopped parsley and red pepper flakes (if using).
  7. Combine and Serve:
  8. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
  9. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
