  2. Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then dredge in the dry mix until fully coated.

3. Cook the Chicken:

  1. Pan-Fry Option: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes per side).
  2. Air Fryer Option: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Spray chicken pieces with oil and air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

4. Toss and Serve:

  1. Once the chicken is cooked and rested for a few minutes, toss it with the Bang Bang sauce until fully coated.
