A buttery, golden puff pastry stuffed with a creamy spinach and cheese filling, baked to perfection. These bite-sized treats are crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside, and can be served as appetizers, snacks, or a side dish.

Ingredients
    For the Filling:
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for binding)
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • For the Pastry:
  • 1 Sheet of Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 1 Egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds or Poppy Seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
    Preheat & Prep:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the Filling:
  4. In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  5. Roll Out the Pastry:
  6. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  7. Cut into 12 equal squares.
  8. Fill & Seal:
  9. Place 1 tbsp of filling in the center of each square.
  10. Fold into a triangle or pinch the corners to form small parcels.
  11. Seal the edges using a fork.
  12. Egg Wash & Bake:
  13. Brush the top with beaten egg wash.
  14. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds (if using).
  15. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown & crispy.
