For the Zucchini Fries
  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into thin sticks
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • For Serving (Optional)
  • Marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli
Instructions
    Preheat the Oven:
