2 tbsp grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For Breading:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
Optional: paprika or Italian seasoning in breadcrumbs for flavor
Optional Garnish:
Chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan
Dipping sauce (ranch, ketchup, spicy mayo)

1. Prep the Filling
In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, mozzarella (or insert small cube of cheese inside each ball), Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
2. Shape the Balls
Scoop 1-2 tbsp of mixture and roll into balls with damp hands. Place on a tray.
3. Bread the Balls
Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, press the breadcrumbs in slightly.
4. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spray the basket and the balls lightly with oil. Place in the air fryer in a single layer (in batches if needed). Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
