This one-pan chicken and vegetable skillet is bursting with summer flavor — juicy chicken, crisp veggies, and simple herbs all cooked in under 30 minutes!

  1. Prep the Chicken: Cube the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Veggies: In the same skillet, add a splash of olive oil (if needed). Add zucchini, squash, bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 6–7 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
