Prepare the teriyaki sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Glaze with teriyaki sauce:
- During the last 2 minutes of cooking, pour the remaining teriyaki sauce over the chicken to glaze it. Allow it to cook for a further 2 minutes.
Garnish and Serve:
